Terms of Service
Draft for legal review · September 2026
These terms apply to Mining Disrupt, its website and every ticket, pass, package and product sold for the event. The event is operated by Spartadata LLC, operator of Mining Disrupt ("we", "us"). By buying a ticket, registering or attending, you agree to them.
Tickets and passes
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- The price shown is the price you pay. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Passes are issued to the named holder and grant only the access listed for that pass. Elite-only events also require an RSVP and are subject to capacity.
- We may refuse or revoke entry, without refund, for any breach of these terms or event policies.
Payments
- We accept Bitcoin, USDT and other crypto, card and PayPal. Passes may also be bought by card on Eventbrite.
- Payment disputes, chargebacks and reversals suspend the order. Any tickets, passes, packages or benefits tied to it are revoked until the matter is resolved.
Exhibitors and sponsors
Booths, sponsorships and add-ons are governed by the package purchased and any invoice or agreement issued for it. Floor positions and stage slots are allocated by event management.
Venue rules and conduct
- No outside food or drinks. No third-party event solicitations.
- Unauthorized solicitation, sales, advertising, product demonstrations or distribution of promotional materials is prohibited anywhere in the venue unless expressly authorized by Mining Disrupt. Violators may be required to stop, surrender materials and lose their credentials without refund.
- Follow the instructions of event staff and the venue at all times.
Badge scanning by exhibitors
Exhibitors may scan your badge at their booth. A scan shares your name, title and company with that exhibitor. Your email is shared only if you allow it at checkout, on the Eventbrite order form or in your portal, and you can change that at any time.
Photography, filming and livestreams
The event is photographed, filmed and livestreamed. By attending, you consent to appearing in recordings and images that Mining Disrupt may use to cover and promote its events.
Program changes
Speakers, schedule, sessions and side events may change. We will post updates on this website.
