- When and where is Mining Disrupt 2027?
- Mining Disrupt 2027 runs March 22–24, 2027 at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, 500 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas.
- What passes are available and how much do they cost?
- Three passes: General Pass ($199), VIP Pass ($999), Elite Pass ($1,999). Elite and VIP are capped; when they sell out, only General remains.
- Does a Mining Disrupt ticket also include Intelligence Disrupt?
- Yes. Mining Disrupt and Intelligence Disrupt share one floor, and every pass gives access to both. Your selected pass benefits apply.
- How can I pay?
- Bitcoin, USDT and other crypto, card and PayPal. Passes can also be bought by card on Eventbrite. E-tickets are issued instantly.
- Can I get a refund?
- All sales are final. No refunds.
- Do you offer group discounts?
- Yes, for groups of 10 or more. Contact the team with the size of your group.
- I need a visa. Can you send an invitation letter?
- Yes. Request an official invitation letter with your passport details through the visa form; we email the letter after review.
- What happens on each day?
- Monday March 22 is the Elite day: the founders cigar lounge, the founders dinner and the official pre-party. Tuesday March 23 and Wednesday March 24 bring keynotes, the expo floor, breakfast, the official after-party and a movie screening.
- How do I exhibit or sponsor?
- There are 200 booths and six sponsorship tiers, from $2,500 to $100,000, plus a Powered By package by request. Every tier also comes without a booth at half price. Top tiers sell first.
- How do I become a speaker?
- Apply through the contact form and choose the Speak topic. The stage favors operators and builders over hype: keynotes, firesides and panels.
- How do media get a press pass?
- Request a press pass or a media partnership through the contact form with the Press topic.
- Will exhibitors get my email if they scan my badge?
- A badge scan shares your name, title and company. Your email is shared only if you opt in at checkout, on the Eventbrite order form or in your portal, and you can change that at any time.
- Is the event filmed?
- Yes. The event is photographed, filmed and livestreamed, and attending means you may appear in that coverage.
- How do I know a message is really from you?
- Mining Disrupt is not affiliated with any other brand, group, event, agent or referral, and does not sell lists. Verify anything you receive in the official Telegram group.

Mining Disrupt Policy: No refunds. No outside food or drinks. No third-party event solicitations.
Unauthorized solicitation, sales, advertising, product demonstrations, or distribution of promotional materials, including magazines, brochures, flyers, catalogs, business literature, and promotional giveaways, is strictly prohibited anywhere within the event venue unless expressly authorized by Mining Disrupt.
Marketing activities are reserved exclusively for approved exhibitors, sponsors, and authorized event partners. Attendees found engaging in unauthorized promotional activities may be required to cease immediately, surrender promotional materials, and may have their event credentials revoked without refund at the sole discretion of event management.
