    authorized contractors. Its LinkedIn component exists to publish and manage
    content on LinkedIn Pages we own and administer, and to measure how that
    content performs.    The application is not offered to the public and is not a consumer product.3. INFORMATION WE COLLECTLinkedIn information. When an authorized member of our team connects their
    LinkedIn account, we access data through LinkedIn's APIs under the permissions
    that person grants. This covers content and engagement data for LinkedIn Pages
    we administer, and basic profile information for the person connecting the
    account. We access it when the account is first authorized and on a recurring
    basis while that authorization remains active.    Business contact information. Names, employers, job titles, and business
    contact details for sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and attendees. We obtain
    this from the people concerned, from our dealings with their employers, and
    from third-party business data providers.    Business records. Correspondence, deals, invoices, payments, event
    registrations, and notes entered by our staff.    Operational data. IP address, device and browser information, and access logs.4. HOW WE USE INFORMATIONWe use it to publish and measure content on our own LinkedIn Pages, to maintain
    our business records, to organize and deliver our events, to communicate with
    business contacts, to keep the application secure, and to meet our legal
    obligations.    We do not use LinkedIn information for advertising targeting.5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATIONWe do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for
    cross-context behavioral advertising.    We share information only with service providers who help us operate the
    application, with LinkedIn when we publish or act on our own Pages, and with
    authorities where required by law.    6. STORAGE AND RETENTIONWe store information on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, with
    access limited to authorized personnel.    LinkedIn information is stored so that it can be identified, separated, and
    selectively deleted, and only for as long as we need it to operate the
    application. We also store LinkedIn authorization tokens and user identifiers
    so the connection continues to work.    Other records are kept for as long as we need them, and then for any period
    required by law.    7. WITHDRAWING LINKEDIN AUTHORIZATIONYou can disconnect at any time through LinkedIn, under Settings & Privacy, then
    Data Privacy, then Other applications, then Permitted Services. You can also
    disconnect inside the application or email us.    When authorization is withdrawn we stop collecting new data from that account
    immediately and delete the stored authorization token and user identifier.    8. YOUR RIGHTS AND DELETIONYou may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to
    correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or
    withdraw consent you previously gave. You will not be treated differently for
    making any of these requests.    If you request deletion, we delete your information, including any LinkedIn
    information collected on your behalf, your authorization token, and your user
    identifier. We do the same if you close your account with us, and we delete
    stored LinkedIn information if our LinkedIn API access ends.    To make a request, email conference@miningdisrupt.com. We will respond within
    the time your law allows and may need to verify your identity first.    9. SECURITYWe protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and
    individual user accounts with restricted permissions. No system is completely
    secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.    10. CHANGESIf we change this policy we will post the updated version here and update the
