Bitcoin hashprice today
What one petahash per second of mining earns per day, at today's price, fees and difficulty.
How it is calculated
Average reward per block over the last 144 blocks (3.1449 BTC, subsidy plus fees) × blocks per day at the current pace (151.1) × the bitcoin price ($83,269), divided by the network hashrate (1,008 EH/s). The result: $39.26 for every petahash per second, per day.
Worked example
A 200 TH/s machine is 0.2 PH/s. At today's hashprice it grosses about $7.85 a day. If it draws 3,500 W, it uses 84 kWh a day: at $0.05/kWh that is $4.20, at $0.08 it is $6.72. The difference between those two power prices is most of the margin, which is why miners chase power contracts.

Questions
- What is hashprice?
- The expected revenue from one unit of hashrate per day. Here it is in US dollars per petahash per second per day (USD/PH/day), including transaction fees.
- What is hashprice today?
- About $39.26 per PH/s per day as of Oct 13, 2026, or 0.000471 BTC.
- How do I turn hashprice into profit for my machine?
- Multiply hashprice by your machine's hashrate in PH/s, then subtract its power cost: watts × 24 ÷ 1,000 × your price per kWh. aPanel runs this for every model.
- Why does hashprice fall over time?
- Difficulty tends to rise as new machines are plugged in, and the block subsidy halves every 210,000 blocks; only price and fees push the other way.
