At Mining Disrupt Dallas, recorded November 12–14, 2025, Amanda Chang of ASIC ARK set the hardware specs aside and talked about the trip a miner takes before it is plugged in. She introduced ASIC ARK as a global distributor that has served miners around the world for almost five years, and she built her short session around one idea: mining depends on reliability, and reliability starts in the supply chain.
When this session was recorded, Bitcoin traded at $104,994. On October 29, 2026 it was $79,778. Chang did not talk about price. Her point was about time: every day a machine waits on a shipment or sits in a customs backlog is a day it is not earning.
The Hidden Cost of Delay
Chang said the lesson of the past few years is that mining is not about hashrate or efficiency but about reliability. She pointed to the disruptions of past cycles, including chip shortages, customs backlogs and shipping volatility. Anyone who has waited more than three weeks for a shipment, she said, knows that timing is everything. She then asked the people in the room who had had a miner arrive two weeks late to raise their hands.
She said ASIC ARK takes logistics so seriously that it built its own supply chain and logistics platform. Transportation is often treated as a supporting act, she said, but it is not, because any delay has a price tag. That is why, in her view, details such as packaging, insurance and customs DDP delivery all matter. A well-managed system, she said, reduces downtime and builds trust between miners and distributors.
It's about reliability.

Reliability, Chang said, begins long before a miner is powered on. It begins in the supply chain. When the supply chain is stable, miners can plan ahead. When it breaks, even the strongest operations become fragile.
When supply chain is okay is stable, miners can plan ahead.

What ASIC ARK Says It Does
Chang said ASIC ARK works daily with the main miner manufacturers, accessory producers and system providers to make its global supply chain more predictable, efficient and transparent. The company also helps partners source hardware in China, from miners and containers to accessories, power systems, repair parts and spare parts.
She said the company focuses on compatibility and quality, and keeps a ready-to-ship inventory of pre-tested accessories so that parts work on site without mismatches or delays.
It's the um every delay will means a revenue lost.

Chang said the company has four US warehouses, in Texas, Delaware, Montana and California, which she said make deliveries faster, safer and lower in cost. Outside the US, she said its DDP service also reaches the EU, the UAE and other countries. She listed value-added services as well: customers can apply their own shipping label, get tailored help with miner configuration, accessories and shipping plans, and use flexible payment such as deposit-based reservations.
Trust and Transparency
The center of the talk was trust. Chang said reliability means little without trust or transparency, and that transparency builds trust. She acknowledged that some people are afraid of transparency, but argued that it reduces uncertainty and moves all stakeholders toward shared goals.
To that end, she said ASIC ARK shares as much as it can with buyers: factory photos, serial numbers, certifications, manuals, tracking details and testing videos for used miners. The aim, she said, is to be not just a distributor but a trusted global supply chain partner.
That's trust without the reliability means little without trust or transparency because transparency build trust.

She described the company's mission as simple: to empower distributors to equip miners.
Stability, Shipment by Shipment
Chang closed by saying that market cycles will keep turning and markets will keep swinging, but trust and transparency must remain constant. She said she hopes the industry can build stability together, shipment by shipment and partnership by partnership, and offered a line to remember the company by: ASIC ARK as a steady ark in a dynamic world.
Before leaving the stage, she invited attendees to visit the company's booth next to the container, where ASIC ARK had prepared takeaway gifts and a lucky draw.
Um we all know that cycles will keep moving will keep turning market will keep swinging but trust and transparent must remain constant.
